
Overview
- Thank you for participating in the Merchandise Trade-In Program! Now that you have traded in your legacy merchandise and received your total point allocation, you can select your new Andeavor gear.
- You will have two weeks, post-Trade-In event, to order your new Andeavor merchandise. Your site's order window is listed on the point allocation card you received at Trade-In.
- Please confirm all selections before placing your order. We will not be able to accommodate exchanges.
- Please include all your selections in ONE order. Do not divide your points balance over multiple orders.
Log In Information
- Your email address is your Andeavor email address and your password is your employee identification (ID) number.
- Legacy Tesoro and Andeavor employee ID numbers are eleven characters long. Both legacy Tesoro and Andeavor employee ID numbers start with TSO and are followed by three zeros and five digits (e.g. TSO000XXXXX).
- Legacy Western Refining employee ID numbers are nine characters long, and start with WNR followed by zero and five digits (e.g. WNR0XXXXX).
- Legacy Northern Tier Energy (NTI) employee ID numbers are nine characters long, and start with NTI followed by six characters (e.g. NTIXXXXX).
How It Works
1. Merchandise Selection
- New merchandise has been categorized and will be displayed in ascending point order. You can sort all categories alphabetically and by point value.
2. Checkout
- After selecting your new Andeavor merchandise, your selections will appear in your shopping cart located at the top of the page in the gray box. Please click on the shopping cart button and review your selections before clicking the checkout link. IMPORTANT: Please confirm all merchandise selections as we will not be able to accommodate sizing or color exchanges.
- Once you click on the checkout link, you will be directed to the Checkout Options page. Note, your email has been registered and a password has been created for you and your allocated points have been added into the system.
3. Payment Method
- Click the Apply Trade-In Points link to the right of Payment Method. Upon clicking the link, you will directed to the Payment Method page where you will be able to apply your trade-in points.
4. Order Confirmation
- After you have applied your trade-in points, you will be directed to the Confirm Order page where you will be given one last opportunity to confirm your order. Due to the size of the program, employees are only allowed to place one order. Before submitting your order, please confirm that you have selected all desired merchandise and have depleted all available points.
- Please keep a copy of your order confirmation for your records. If you encounter any issues with your order, you will need to reference your order confirmation number.
